C25k Week 1 Day 1

I finished the first day of the Couch to 5k program. I was able to make it through the entire 20 minutes and felt like i had a good work out. I been running/walking around the block for the entire time and other then the fact i was sweaty as hell, i felt pretty good. I am going to start tracking my weight on a weekly basis and will post my weight on the first day of every new week.

Goals

Holy crap its been almost a month since I last posted on this thing. I really need to start writing more.

I decided that I am going to try the The Couch-to-5K Running Plan and document my progress. I really need to start exercising more and get into better shape. I already have started to cut out all the crap i been eating and drinking mostly water while i am work. Next step would be to start getting more active. So starting today I am going to start this program and see if I can stick with it.
