My first 30 day challenge

I been reading Zen Habits for awhile now, I think I found out about them through Lifehacker while reading through their RSS feeds. One of the interesting things I read on Leo’s website was in order to start a new good habit, you need to do it every day for 30 days (or something like that!) in order to incorporate it into your routine. My first challenge is I want to be able to get up at 5am, this in turn will give me more time in the morning to work on personal projects, do homework, etc. Right now my alarm goes off at 6 am and starting tomorrow I am going to set it at 5:45 am and after each week, dial it back 15 minutes till I hit the magical 5 am mark. This is going to be during the work week and not on the weekends. I set up a Google calenderto track my progress and make it public.
