September 25, 2007 Well, Amanda and I signed all the paperwork for our construction loan. Holy crap I didn’t realize the amount of paperwork we had to sign. It’s worse then buying a car. My father has to pull all the permits and that should only take a week. I can’t wait till we break ground!
September 20, 2007 We are finally going to be closing on our construction loan on Monday. This whole process on getting a loan to build our first house has been an absolute nightmare that has left me pretty mentally drained. I am glad at least this part of the process is over and hopefully it will get much better.
