January 25, 2007 I got the site to Wordpress 2.1 now If you haven’t had a chance make sure you get it upgraded because it has over 500+ big fixes.
While upgrading I noticed that one of the plugins I use called Livejournal Crossposter does not work with 2.1. I’ll have to wait till that gets updated before I can get it back on the site.
Now i just need to start working on a custom theme for this thing. I know I been saying it for a loooong time now, but I am going to get this done.

January 23, 2007 Just saw this pop up on my feed reader, Wordpress 2.1 has been released. From a quick glance it looks like they added some cool features and updates. If I am not to tired when i get home tonight I will have to get the sites updated.

January 1, 2007 Well 2006 has ended and it’s time for 2007. A lot of positive things have happened this year and it’s only going to get better. I finished school, I have a stable job working for a awesome company, and my Perl skills are starting to pick up. 2007 is shaping to be a great year already, Amanda and I are getting married, she is also going to be finishing up medical school and start her ER rotation. Plus hopefully we will get out of this apartment and into a house of our own.
In 2007 I am going to be focusing on a few key things
-become more organized
-get out of debt
-continue to work on my perl kung-fu
-work on my web design skills
I also want to atleast get into one hobby that does not involve computers. I have all my supplies from when i took a drawing class in college. I think i am going to get back into cartooning/drawing again. Its been awhile since I put in any serious time to it.
