why do I put up with this?

So i am still trying to figure out whats going on with my raise. I’m getting to the point where i am ready to just give up on it. By the time these incompetent cunts get around to it, I’ll have moved on to a new job.
On a more lighter note, I have a phone interview scheduled with one of the companies i sent my resume to on Monday. I am stoked.
