Disappointment

I been working at the current company for 15 months now, and i still have yet to receive a raise. I got my review and all that jazz but my one boss hasnt submitted the paperwork yet. I keep asking him, hey did you send it in, but he keeps telling me “sorry i didn’t yet, i’ll take care of it”. Now i understand that he gets beat up on a daily basis from the idiots up top, but still I have come through for him several times when he needed shit done by the next day. Especially when i have to deal with all the other crap that i have to deal with. I’m so sick of this place, I hope some of some of these people contact me back soon with regards to my resume.
